The monthly hosting fees include hardware maintenance. BizSystems replaces
failed hardware but is not liable for downtime or loss of data that results
from hardware failure. It is recommended that your data be backed up at
another location and that your system be configured with Raid to provide
redundancy and help prevent data loss in the event of a hard drive failure.
